We will practice a number of meditation techniques including; Breathwork, Sound Healing, Essential Oils, guided visualization, positive affirmations – all techniques known for calming the nervous system (the part of our body responsible for handling stress), raising our energetic frequency and improving your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
