Sarah Moniz, Owner of Solshine Yoga Studio, is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master and Energy Medicine practitioner, and Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor with a passion for teaching meditation, energetic health and uplifting the collective community. Sarah’s classes incorporate breathing techniques, yoga movement and sound healing meditation with the intention of bringing each student into energetic coherence and an elevated state of mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Sandra Orr, E-RYT LMT MFR, is a vibrant yoga teacher and student who dives into the various flavors of asana to find a fluidity of dancing through practice. She invites students to move their bodies
in ways that cultivate a passion of inquiry and observation. She creates a fusion of a formulated class and spontaneous playful fun with a deeper understanding of the breath, body and spirit. Sandra has taught at numerous places including yoga studios, hospitals, non-profits, colleges, fitness centers and cooperations since 2012. She has diffused her teaching beyond the local studios by teaching yoga and meditation to survivors of human trafficking in Mexico City and by leading a Yoga with Horses retreat in Stowe, VT. Her classes offer modifications for all levels and have a concentrated focus on alignment for a safe and strong practice. With compassion and tenderness, she guides students to a place where they can connect to their internal landscape and begin to witness the infinite ocean of consciousness.
Marisol Rosa is a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified 200hour Hatha Yoga Teacher. Her specialty and focus is Gut Health and Alignment. She was diagnosed with IBD, anxiety and depression when she was only twenty years old and ever since she has been researching different probiotics, foods, and techniques that can benefit gut health and the mind. She has been a holistic health coach for three years and has offered advice on weight loss, nutrition, and fitness.
About the same time as her health journey she found Hatha Yoga. She’s been practicing yoga everyday for the last five years. The results were astounding! Hatha Yoga focuses on health. It is traditional yoga that focuses on breath, alignment, and postures that help heal, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Eating well, finding balance, probiotics, and exercise has changed her life and it is her mission and passion in life to impart what she has learned to as many people as she can. Especially the people that feel lost and feel like their bodies have given up on them!
Justine Crowley is a yoga instructor, Reiki Practitioner and nutrition enthusiast. Justine encourages her clients to not only enjoy their current fitness level and practice, but also motivates them to seek spiritual growth and physical transformation.
