Erin’s yoga journey began over fifteen years ago. Captivated by the focus, strength and sense of balance it provided, she now wants to share her passion and tutelage with the community. A lifelong student of physical motion, she began teaching yoga to family and friends who participate in high intensity workouts. Not only is she formally trained and practiced in the discipline of yoga, she can also easily relate to the array of physical rigors we all undergo each day. Erin uses that understanding and expertise to enable fellow participants to achieve their goals, master their technique, and find greater meaning in themselves. She completed her 200 hour, Yoga Medicine Teacher Training under the instruction of Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine. During this time, she received an anatomically based training and understanding of the body from eastern and western perspective.
Following a path of holistic health, Erin became a Reiki practitioner in 2013, studying under the direction of Master Shannon Foley founder of Healing Within. Erin became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2018.
Erin is currently working towards her 500 hour training with Yoga Medicine. Erin has a love for teaching and realized her passion at age 16, as a swim instructor for children of all ages. She furthered her commitment to education and instruction when earning her Bachelor’s in Education and Art from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and her Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University in Boston, Massachusetts. Erin’s teaching and mentoring skills expand beyond yoga. As a professional, she has taught and provided support to children, most of whom were in particularly distressed circumstances. Through teaching, Erin is able to share the ancient art of Yoga with people of all ages and abilities. “It is an honor to be able to teach Yoga and serve my community.”
Sarah Moniz is a 200 Hour Yoga RYT, Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Energy Medicine practitioner with a passion for health and wellness. She also incorporates therapeutic essential oils and aromatherapy in her Classes and Reiki Sessions.
Sarah’s services and classes also incorporate sound healing – drums, crystal sound bowls, chimes, gong, etc. Her classes connect breath with flow, featuring uplifting, energetic playlists. Each class is different and will flow with the beat of her playlist. Sarah’s intention with her Yoga practice is to enjoy the body movement, be in the moment and feel gratitude for the positive energy in the room.
Sandra Orr, E-RYT LMT MFR, is a vibrant yoga teacher and student who dives into the various flavors of asana to find a fluidity of dancing through practice. She invites students to move their bodies
in ways that cultivate a passion of inquiry and observation. She creates a fusion of a formulated class and spontaneous playful fun with a deeper understanding of the breath, body and spirit. Sandra has taught at numerous places including yoga studios, hospitals, non-profits, colleges, fitness centers and cooperations since 2012. She has diffused her teaching beyond the local studios by teaching yoga and meditation to survivors of human trafficking in Mexico City and by leading a Yoga with Horses retreat in Stowe, VT. Her classes offer modifications for all levels and have a concentrated focus on alignment for a safe and strong practice. With compassion and tenderness, she guides students to a place where they can connect to their internal landscape and begin to witness the infinite ocean of consciousness.
Marisol Rosa is a certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified 200hour Hatha Yoga Teacher. Her specialty and focus is Gut Health and Alignment. She was diagnosed with IBD, anxiety and depression when she was only twenty years old and ever since she has been researching different probiotics, foods, and techniques that can benefit gut health and the mind. She has been a holistic health coach for three years and has offered advice on weight loss, nutrition, and fitness.
About the same time as her health journey she found Hatha Yoga. She’s been practicing yoga everyday for the last five years. The results were astounding! Hatha Yoga focuses on health. It is traditional yoga that focuses on breath, alignment, and postures that help heal, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Eating well, finding balance, probiotics, and exercise has changed her life and it is her mission and passion in life to impart what she has learned to as many people as she can. Especially the people that feel lost and feel like their bodies have given up on them!
