Sandra Orr

Solshine (217 of 302)

Sandra Orr, E-RYT LMT MFR, is a vibrant yoga teacher and student who dives into the various flavors of asana to find a fluidity of dancing through practice. She invites students to move their bodies in ways that cultivate a passion of inquiry and observation. She creates a fusion of a formulated class and spontaneous playful fun with a deeper understanding of the breath, body and spirit. Sandra has taught at numerous places including yoga studios, hospitals, non-profits, colleges, fitness centers and corporations since 2012. She has diffused her teaching beyond the local studios by teaching yoga and meditation to survivors of human trafficking in Mexico City and by leading a Yoga with Horses retreat in Stowe, VT. Her classes offer modifications for all levels and have a concentrated focus on alignment for a safe and strong practice. With compassion and tenderness, she guides students to a place where they can connect to their internal landscape and begin to witness the infinite ocean of consciousness.
