Our studio space has large mill windows with beautiful water views of the New Bedford, MA Cove. Our unique industrial style space brings the outdoors in, with natural light and the elements of nature.

Classes are offered for a variety of different levels โ from meditation, beginner, intermediate, and heated classes, all the way to higher intensity Buti Yoga.
Our classes incorporate different breathing techniques, modifications, clear instruction and demonstration, ending with sound healing.
