Join Alexis Costa & Ashley Gallagher on Saturday, November 3rd from 4pm-5:30pm for 90 minutes of healing from the inside out. During this yoga massage workshop participants will be guided through a very slow and gentle yoga flow. While in poses Ashley will be going around to assist in stretches and use massage techniques to help experience a deeper relaxation. Alexis will guide you through meditation and sound.
Sound has a captivating way of bringing us into the present moment. By being present in our bodies, assisted in stretches and massages it will be an evening of enhanced healing for the mind, body and spirit. $30
