Join Sarah Moniz, Justine Crowley and Erin Poyant for 2 hours of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing and Tribal Dance. Learn a mirror gazing mantra to inspire a deeper self love. With a heart opening yoga practice, Reiki for the anahata chakra and powerful tribal dance, you will begin to cultivate a positive current of self-acceptance, self-trust, and confidence. We will complete the night with a rose water self-love potion while watching the sunset over Clark’s Cove.
