Raise your spiritual awareness and energy healing abilities by learning the ancient Japanese healing technique of Reiki. Reiki helps to calm the nervous system and increase life force energy.
Training includes:
– learning the origin and history of Reiki
– a Chakra balancing sound healing meditation
– Reiki I attunement.
– Learn the hand positions
– Practice the healing art of Reiki.
Each participant will receive a binder with information to take home and a certificate of completion. No previous experience or knowledge necessary, everyone is welcome.
The training is guided by Sarah Moniz, Reiki Master Teacher.
Sarah Moniz, Owner of Solshine Yoga Studio, is a 300 Hour Registered Yoga, Certified Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master and Energy Medicine practitioner, and Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor with a passion for teaching meditation, energetic health and uplifting the collective community.
