Beginners Yoga
Movement Scale: Level 2 – Moderate Movement
Beginners Yoga is a great way to start your yoga practice. It is a gentle and appropriate for all abilities and wonderful for the experienced yogi. This class will focus on fundamentals from pranayama (breathing) techniques to learning asana (poses). Learn proper alignment with variations to support your physical needs. Yoga is much more than a physical exercise, each class learn the mental aspects of why yoga is so good for you. This class incorporates aromatherapy and sound healing. It will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
