Sarah Moniz

Sarah Moniz, Owner of Solshine Yoga Studio, is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, Energy Medicine practitioner, and Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor with a passion for teaching meditation, energetic health and uplifting the collective community. Sarah’s classes incorporate breathing techniques, yoga movement, sound healing and meditation with the intention of bringing each student into energetic coherence and an elevated state of mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Sarah has a Sagittarius Moon and loves to travel. She has practiced yoga and meditation at Kripalu Center in MA, Hot Yoga East Nashville TN, Power Yoga Hawaii, Tulum Mexico and The Bodhi Tree in Costa Rica.
