This workshop is taught by Erin Poyant Garris who has been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine through the lense of Yoga for over 8 years. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and loves to use a variety of ancient healing tools in her classes.

Erin has dedicated over 20 years to the practice of yoga, finding joy in its ability to grow and evolve alongside her life. With over 500 hours of training from Yoga Medicine, Erin approaches yoga through a unique perspective that integrates Eastern and Western Medicine, blending modern science with traditional practices.
Her extensive training includes specialized courses in Chinese Medicine, Prenatal Yoga, Orthopedics, Yin, Meditation, and Women’s Health. Erin’s teaching style encompasses a variety of practices, from Powerful Flows to Restorative and Meditative classes. Each class is meticulously planned to not only strengthen the body but also to calm the mind and fortify the nervous system.
