In this two hour workshop you will learn the fundamental principles, techniques and anatomy to support back bending. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of what back-bends can do for you on a physical and emotional level throughout this thoughtful practice. Learn how to keep your back safe while increasing mobility in your spine and strengthening the supporting muscles around the skeleton. This class will conclude with restorative poses and extended savasana with Reiki for the heart and solar plexus.
